High-performance CNC-machined drive face designed for Minarelli vertical/horizontal and 2-stroke Chinese (Minarelli Replica) engines with 13mm CVT.

Overview

Unlike stock pulleys, which are typically cast or pressed from steel and often suffer from inconsistent angles due to cooling deformation, the Stage6 Racing Pulley is precision CNC-machined from high-grade billet aluminium. More than twelve prototype designs were tested to determine the optimal angle for maximum power transmission and efficiency.

Design & Performance

Thanks to its perfectly machined surface and special low-friction coating, cooling fins are unnecessary. The pulley is smoother, lighter, and more precise than OEM components, improving variator response and overall power transfer to the rear wheel.

Originally developed for drag racing, this drive face also performs exceptionally well in regular race setups and high-performance street scooters.
