The Stage6 Sport Pro is a high-quality scooter clutch designed for all models with a 107 mm clutch system. It fits a wide range of engines, including Minarelli, Piaggio, Peugeot, Honda, Kymco, Sym, and Chinese 4-stroke GY6 (50cc) scooters.

Installation Note :

The included contra spring guide seat should only be used with Minarelli engines (Aerox, Malaguti, and Chinese 2-stroke models). It is not required for Peugeot, Piaggio, or GY6 4-stroke engines.

Advantages of a Tuning Clutch :

The Stage6 Sport Pro clutch features a 3-shoe design that can be finely tuned with different spring strengths and two detent points. Unlike stock clutches, it allows you to adjust the engagement point to match your engine setup — for example, enabling later clutch engagement for better acceleration.

A reinforced clutch ring, forged and bolted pins, and reinforced linings ensure excellent durability and reliability. In contrast, standard clutches often use riveted pins, which are more prone to wear and failure.

The Stage6 Sport Pro offers excellent value as an affordable, performance-oriented clutch. For high-output engines, we recommend upgrading to the Stage6 Torque Control clutch.
